Les has been involved in Large corporations needing sales and strategy restructuring to expand the business, as well as a number of small and medium size operations within the Retail and Hospitality industry, focusing on  Business expansion and growth from existing operations as well as  new start-ups.

Les, brings with him a vast experience within the areas of sales team structures, focus and motivation. In addition his overall man management skills supported the other divisions within these companies such as service and finance allowing them to progress the business more efficiently and more rapidly.

Les has now amassed over 45 years’ experience within corporate senior management across a varied portfolio of company operations, styles and objectives.

Les’s particular skill set around corporate finance, sales and strategic direction along with a proven motivational skill both at board and operational team levels has a proven track record throughout his 45 years’ experience which no doubt would be invaluable to any company seeking a pro-active advisory or regular Board member within their team to re-vitalise there strategic growth and business plans.

Having over 35 years being involved in Business and Retail Technology solutions, and for the past 20 years Managing Business Development, Service Delivery and Customer Services in a director role, evolving from software development, design and implementation and in the beginning starting with a strong electronics background, Bill has accrued a substantial experience portfolio. His commitments to organisation, efficient Planning, and effective customer service values have stood him well in his career. The management of People and Resources as well as their motivation has also been paramount to his progressive success.
